Thobson is looking for talented, innovative Action script programmers to develop sophisticated Flash-based web, mobile, and stand-alone applications.

We seek outside-the-box thinkers who suck down new technologies like Adobe Air , Adobe Flexn, Swish etc , and live to make the web a more well-designed and interactive experience - individuals who thrive in a creative, idea-driven culture with a deep desire to produce groundbreaking work.

Unlike most shops, we have an exclusively integrated approach to what we do in the interactive realm. At Thobson it's not about getting a build assignment and knocking it out for a client, it's about working with designers and creative's from the ground level to prototype ideas and make things happen on a grand scale.

Participates in efforts to improve quality of Web sites.

Skills Required

• Expertise with OOP programming techniques and RIA/SOA architecture
• Experience developing games and data driven applications
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment, so basically you shouldn't be a complete recluse
• Meticulous attention to detail when working with designers on motion graphics, video, and sound assets
• An almost twisted obsession with high-quality, on-time deliveries. (OCD a plus but not required)
• Experience with wide range of Internet technologies; including Flash Remoting; Flash communication server; XML;JavaScript; and HTML
• Knowledge of how to make things work across various OS and browser platforms
